What does the "wins if flop" percentage mean?

now can you tell me why i can do well at stt's

but in mtt's i always seem to finish 30th-40th out of 200.

today at doyles in the 10 K, lost two suck outs on the river that cost me about 20 K in chips and sent me packing for 28th place. in the 7500 i finished in 40th.,

yesterday in the 4 K Freezout I finished in 20th. 2 spots out of the money.

i seem to get past the first waves of maniacs and play good poker but when I get 20 to 40 K in chips I just don't do well..

any books or websites you can point me to in order to help my game

my mo is usually tight until i get a read on players then I move to aggressive and cycle back and forth depending on other players. if I see a bullshit artist I will try to trap them

ive been in that rut for a month now....i keep telling myself you cant win without the cards and it'll turn around soon...but im trying to bluff/be more aggressive right around bubble time in hopes of getting a few more chips to work with......not that thats the way to go but i gotta try something.....i finished 32 in 30 payout tourney last night....hell id just as soon went out on the 1st hand....lol

maybe you are right...it is all about the cards

btw, around bubble time is where i have had my worst experiences...i think I am going to go into super tight mode from now on
